Like a sporting event, concert or theater bookings, all sales are final, non-refundable and cannot be moved or changed once purchased.
Yes. The booking is completely transferable. However, selling bookings for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a booking from another patron should take care to be sure that the booking and times are as claimed by requesting both an email confirmation from us as well as a printed booking from the seller. Any bookings purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
Because we contact all booking holders before they dine with us we request that the bookings are formally transferred through our site. Log in to you account, navigate to My Account, select Your Bookings and click the Transfer button next to the bookings you want to Transfer.
